This is an easy recipe for a sweet weekend breakfast treat!

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Chobani Hazelnut Coffee Creamer or Whole Milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Method
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl combine the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt
- In a separate bowl whisk together the vegetable oil, eggs, creamer or milk of choice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract
- Once the wet ingredients are combined mix in the mashed bananas
- Once the bananas are mixed in, mix the dry ingredients with the wet until no streaks of flour remain
- Pour half of the batter into a greased bread tin
- Spread the Nutella on top of the batter
- Pour the rest of the batter overtop of the Nutella
- Bake for 45 minutes
- Remove from the oven, cover with tinfoil and bake for 10 minutes more or until a fork inserted into the center comes out clean
