Granola is a really simple and fun recipe to make at home. This recipe is adjustable to fit your taste buds and could really be altered for any season. For fall- it’s great with a little pumpkin puree and chai spice.

Here is my Chai Spice recipe to use to make this granola:
Ingredients
- 2 cups of old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons chai seasoning
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl until the dry ingredients are completely coated in the wet ingredients
- Spread the oat mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 12 minutes
- Remove from the oven and stir the oat mixture around with a spoon
- Pop the tray back in the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes
- When you remove the granola you should see chunks of the oat mixture
- Let cool completely before enjoying
