3 Ingredient Blueberry Smoothie

Its that time of summer where the outdoors is a scary place to be. It is HOT. For sustenance we need easy snacks that come together quickly. Even better if one of the ingredients is frozen.

I first made this for my women’s group and they could not believe it had just three ingredients. Sometimes simpler is truly better- the short ingredient list helps you taste each one of the components. It is sweet and refreshing. Plus you can’t beat the color.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen bluebrries
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into two cups or 1 larger cup depending on if you want to share or not
  4. Drink with a fun straw
